Denise Newell — Founder and Math Specialist (Elementary through Precalculus)
Denise holds a B.S. in Economics from Clemson University and an M.Ed. in Special Education from George Washington University. With more than 20 years of experience teaching and tutoring middle and high school students, she blends classroom expertise with individualized strategies that make math accessible and engaging. Not a formally trained mathematician, Denise sees that as an advantage: her greatest successes come from helping students discover their own road map to understanding math. Her favorite students are those who begin with, “I’m just not good at math.”
